Here at SkyKitchen, our objective is to instruct you in the trained preparation of typical Peruvian dishes. You’ll have a unique experience, learning and cooking in the home of a local Peruvian, Chef Yurac, (a name derived from a Quechua word). He will open his home to you, creating the feeling of being in a friend’s apartment. You can’t beat the views which you’ll get from this sky-high kitchen!
You will be guided through the preparation of all the courses of a meal, allowing you to prepare an authentic Peruvian meal from scratch: This class is hands-on! You will prepare classic Peruvian cuisine with equipment which you can find in your own kitchen, and using the freshest ingredients that you can find in Lima’s many markets.
Upon ending your tour, you’ll be given detailed instructions and recipes for recreating the meal when you return home. An unforgettable experience!

1st course: Ocopa (Mild chili-cheese-herb sauce over Andean potatoes)
2nd course: Sopa de quinoa (Quinoa soup with vegetables and chicken)
3rd course: Quinotto con trucha (Quinoa risotto with mushrooms and trout)
4th course: Mousse of Lucuma-Fruit with Quinoa

No Shows & Cancellations of this tour - If you cancel before 6:00 pm (Lima time) 4 days before the tour begins or earlier, there is a 60% administration fee (+ the card fee). After this time, there is a 100% no show or cancellation fee.

What is the best way to get from the airport to Miraflores?
Miraflores now has a direct bus link between it and the airport in Callao (Jorge Chavez International Airport) via the new official service, Airport Express Lima. These new luxury buses are equipped with free Wi-Fi, and USB charging ports at every seat. Tickets are $8 one way.
