We’ll meet at our office at 9am or 2pm, where you will practice on a rock climbing wall before heading out to the waterfalls.

The canyon is located 10 minutes from Llanganates National Park in Baños. We’ll start with a short walk of 15 minutes, and then we can start descending the impressive canyon waterfalls of the Amazon. You will be descending 5 waterfalls, measuring from 10 to 24 metres.

Changes: It is FREE to change the tour date before 5:00 pm (Quito time) 2 days before the tour begins.

Cancellations: If you cancel before 5:00 pm (Quito time) 2 days before the tour begins, a 10% administration fee will apply. After this time, there is a 100% cancellation fee.

Navigate your way down steep canyons by abseiling and jumping waterfalls and cliffs, cascading down natural chutes, and swimming through crystal-clear pools. 80% of the time is spent in the water!

3. Who can do Canyoning?

   Everyone, except for children under 8 years old, people with physical problems or disabilities, or pregnant women.

4. Can I bring my camera / video camera?

   A general rule of thumb is don't bring anything you would be devastated to lose. Video cameras and still cameras will get wet and most likely ruined. A good idea is a disposable waterproof camera. However, we will give you a CD of photos and a GOPRO video after the tour.

5. Do I need to know how to swim?

   We always go by the rule “safety first”, so we provide you with life-vest and carry a rescue tube - in this way you will have buoyancy and will feel comfortable and safe in the water.
