DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The meeting points are the Tourist Information Centers located at Jose Larco Av. 799 and Diagonal Av. 494 (next to Kennedy Park). From here, passengers will travel together towards Barranco, taking a local bus on the way. After approximately 10 minutes of travel and a short walk, we will arrive at our first stop: the Rosell-Rios Manor: a beautiful example of what life used to be like in Barranco. Then we will go to the Alameda Sáenz Peña, where we will be able to appreciate beautiful mansions among which we can find hotels, art galleries, and others. We will walk to the viewpoint, where we will go down to Barranco’s boardwalk to have a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean, see other districts in the bay of Lima, and talk a little about the recent history of Peru.

We will walk to the park "Federico Villarreal". Here, visitors can learn more about the birds so famous in Lima: vultures, and we will have a beautiful view of the historical center. We continue our tour to the Chabuca Granda square, where we will learn about one of the most famous Peruvian singers who loved Barranco, the Ermita, so famous for being the oldest church in the district; and the bridge of sighs, known for being the most important attraction in Barranco.

We will walk through the Chabuca Granda passage, where we will be able to appreciate mural art and old photos of the district, as well as information about important people who lived here. In front of us, we will find the Plaza Municipal de Barranco, which, more than a park, can be considered the heart of the district: a place full of life all day long.

Then we will walk along the Boulevard Sanchez Carrion which is a renowned street that hosts important characters and distinguished families, while we head towards the well-known mural of the band "The Beatles" on our way to La Feria de Barranco, considered one of the best enterprises in Lima. Here travelers can find clothes, desserts, food, and music shows.
