We will leave Lima around 6 am and head to the North of Lima called locally as "Norte Chico". It'll take us 3 hours and a half to get to Barranca, a beautiful beach town, where we will have lunch and visit their beautiful beaches later.

Oncewe are in Caral, around 10 am, we will get ready to have a guided visit around the city for 1 hour and half. Here, we will learn about every detail that has been learned through the 25 years of studies that Caral has.

There will be time to take pictures, buy souvenirs, even have some local snacks before we leave to the beach for an incredible lunch in a Local restaurant with tons of options.

We will have 2 hours for lunch and time to relax at the beach before heading back.

We will be back at Lima around 8:00 pm.

Optional: We can stop on the way back to buy some typical Peruvian fruit.

1. What should I bring to the tour?

   You would need to bring your passport, camera, water, walking shoes, light clothes and a jacket for the winter season. For the summer season, sunglasses, hat, sunscreen, an umbrella if possible. Always good to have extra cash to buy souvenirs or buy snacks.

2. How long does it take to get to Caral?

   Caral is located almost 200 hundred kilometers north of Lima. It takes around 3 hours and 30 min to get there, depending on traffic. The main road we take is Panamericana Sur, easy paved highway where we drive for around 2 hours and then we turn into the deviation that takes us to Caral in 40 minutes.

3. How many people are in each tour?

   We look forward to offering a great experience for each one of our passengers. For that reason, we do not operate with more than 6 people per group and a minimum of 2 people is required.

4. What is the best way to get from the airport to Miraflores?

   Miraflores now has a direct bus link between it and the airport in Callao (Jorge Chavez International Airport) via the new official service Airport Express Lima. These new luxury buses are equipped with free wifi and USB charging ports at every seat. Tickets are $8 one way.
