Inspired by the main tourist cities of the World, Bustour is the official tourist transport of Gramado and Cinnamon. Onboard BusTour you will know the best sights and attractions of both cities. The first tourist bus hop on / hop off - you can get off at the stops as you wish and return to the bus at the bus stop times as many times as you wish. It is not AMAZING, you even perform your stops with total freedom, descending only on the points you desire in a route with more than 35 stops.

24 HOURS OF USE
This ticket is valid for 24 hours, counting from the time of embarkation in the Bustour.

48 HOURS OF USE
This ticket has a validity of 48 hours, from the time of boarding at Bustour, which can be divided into two periods of 24 hours each (consecutive or not).

72 HOURS OF USE
This ticket is valid for 72 hours, counting from the time of boarding at Bustour, which can be divided into three periods of 24 hours each (consecutive or not)

Be at the bus stop 5 minutes before as the bus is very punctual.

Cancellation or changes of this tour:

CHANGES: It is FREE to change the tour date before 6:00 pm (Brasilia time) 3 days before the tour begins.

NO SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel before 6:00 pm (Brasilia time) 3 days before the tour begins a 10% administration fee will apply. After this time there is a 100% no show or cancellation fee.

1. How can I board BusTour?

   You can board any of our 35 Gramado and Canela stops. Check out the site or download our APP to identify which stop is closest to you. They are all located in the center or at a close distance.

2. Does the BusTour passenger have any discounts in Park entries?

   Yes, Bustour passengers have unique advantages at staging points and other partners. You can check what the discounts are and at which points are given directly on the Bustour website by clicking on "Benefits".

3. Do I need to schedule the Walking tour?

   No. The Walking tours are held every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Check with the monitors about the exit times. To carry out the same as a courtesy, you must present the validated Bustour ticket on the day. You can only take the Walking Tour as a courtesy on the day you use your Bustour.

4. What is the frequency of the bus in every stop?

   Check out the full table on our site on the routes page or download the Bustour APP. In it, you can monitor in real time the location of each bus and organize your route with greater accuracy.

5. How long does it take to do the whole route with BusTour?

   The Bustour ride takes approximately 3 hours if you decide to take the scenic tour without disembarking.

6. Do I need to use the 2 Day or 3 Day pass on consecutive days?

   Your 2 or 3 day passes don't need to be used on consecutive days. You may use your tickets for 2 or 3 days within a period of 8 days from the date of validation of the first day of use. Each day you board, the monitor will record the beginning of the use of your ticket.

7. Does the schedule change in High Season?

   Yes, the times of operation during the high season are different and you can check the times directly on the Bustour website by clicking on "Routes" or through the Bustour APP, available on Google Play and the Apple Store.
