The First Stop: This tour begins at an upscale restaurant and lounge that sits right on the beach. With spectacular views of Lima’s coastline, Cala is a spot you won’t soon forget. Here, a professional bartender will share the secrets to making the perfect Pisco Sour so that you can impress your friends when you get back home. After this refreshing cocktail, we’re off to the jungle as we take you to an award-winning Amazonian restaurant. Ámaz has been recognized for its lively and inviting design as well as its culinary creations by winning in the category of Best New Restaurant in Peru at the Summum Awards in 2013. Here, you'll prepare your own innovative cebiche from the jungle, which you won't find anywhere else. As far as tours in Lima go, this one is sure to amaze as you’re likely to taste an explosion of flavor like no other you've tried before.
The Final Stop: It is a well-known classic among Lima locals, the prestigious Huaca Pucllana Restaurant, located within an archaeological complex with illuminated ruins dating back to 500 A.D. Here you will enjoy a selection of Peruvian dishes and another pisco-based cocktail. The views and dishes are so irresistible at this stop that even Mick Jagger, Bill and Hillary Clinton and the King of Spain, among many others, have not dared to miss it during their travels to Peru. To wrap up the night, we’ll head to the bohemian Barranco district for dessert.

I cannot find my accommodation listed in the operator pick up locations as I make my booking. What can I select?
This operator only offers pick-ups from the hotel and hostel accommodation listed, this covers over 90% of the accommodation providers in the area. They do not provide pick-ups or drop-offs at private residences, Airbnbs, bus terminals etc. Select an alternative close by and be ready there for pick-up at the time on your booking confirmation
How far in advance should I book my tour?
Due to the growing demand for our tours, the sooner you book, the better. If you're 100% convinced about choosing us to show you the best of Lima, don't leave the reservations until the last minute because we can fill up pretty quickly.
What is the minimum number of passengers?
There is no minimum number of passengers for the tour. We are more than happy to accommodate guests travelling alone. For our Day Tours, however, on the off-chance that we don't receive any other bookings for the day of your tour, we generally replace the ceviche class with a ceviche tasting in which the passenger will try four different variations of the Peruvian dish, accompanied by a detailed explanation of the preparation process from our culinary experts.
How many people will be on the tour?
The number of passengers on any given tour can vary, however, we like to keep our groups below 10 people. Of course, larger groups and special events are welcome and will be arranged separately.
How safe are the food and water for international tourists?
Don't be afraid to dig in! Health standards in restaurants are generally upheld without exception in Lima, however, it is not advisable to purchase food from street vendors. Although many dishes they offer may be fine, there is no way to know, so it's better to save yourself a trip to the local pharmacy. The tap water is not clean enough to drink without boiling first, so make sure you only drink bottled water while in Peru.
